From intimate gatherings to upscale weddings and celebrity events, our innate design eye and mindful innovation elevate each project into a new realm. We bring devoted time, clear communication, and a deeply collaborative approach — meeting you where your vision lives and building from there.
Owner and Creative Director Sabrina Zeile brings over a decade of experience designing and producing events in Southern California. Her extensive background in venue consulting, entertainment and hospitality PR has elevated her expertise in curating over a hundred weddings under her own direction.
Sabrina also owns SUPERMOON, a music curation agency specializing in unique events and listening experiences throughout Los Angeles, Palm Springs and Joshua Tree.

Our Process
Planning and Design are two distinct processes that unfold simultaneously, each informing the other as they move together in harmony.
I. Planning
Phase one: the foundation
Define your vision, book priority vendors, create an initial day-of timeline, establish the framework.
Phase Two: the details
Every detail with design, layouts, and timeline is thoughtfully considered, refining every element with intention and artistry.
Phase Three: The Production
The transformation unfolds, as we bring the event to life with seamless execution.
II. Design
A: The Moodboard
Building upon your vision, we’ll create a custom moodboard that captures the essence of the design while showing cohesion.
B: The Design Deck
A comprehensive design presentation showing each detail across your event spaces. With the option of a live table mockup, we’ll refine and finalize each element as we head into the production phase.

We’re bicoastal! Our main headquarters is a creative desert sanctuary located on 15 acres in Landers, California outside of Los Angeles. We also have an east coast satellite office in Washington, DC.

Our planning and design services are fully custom and tailored to each celebration, and every project we take on is built around design. Our pricing is then shaped by factors such as location, guest count, scope of design, logistical complexity, and the size of the team required to execute the event. Because every gathering is unique, we do not list fixed pricing on our website. We invite you to complete our inquiry form for a tailored proposal.
We are thoughtful advocates for realistic, well-supported budgets that bring your vision to life. Most of our celebrations are designed with an investment of $1,000+ per guest. Our premium services are percentage-based, calculated from the approved overall wedding budget to support the scope of luxury productions.

Our planning services include day-of coordination to ensure that every planned detail is carefully considered in production. We do not offer day-of coordination only, as we believe a smooth, stress-free event requires preparation throughout the planning process. Moon Realm is a design-driven studio — our planning services are always paired with thoughtful creative direction and collaboration. If design isn’t part of the vision, we’re likely not the best match — but we’re always happy to make a referral.
We offer both full-service and partial planning services depending on the scope and level of support you’re seeking. Partial planning is offered selectively based on project scope and design alignment, and is currently available for celebrations in California, New York, and the Washington, DC area.
For destination weddings and productions outside these regions, we’d love to hear about your vision — destination engagements are custom quoted based on location, scope, and travel requirements.
To maintain our boutique, client-forward experience, we accept a limited number of events each year.

Ideally, we love having a full year or more to bring your vision to life — the more time we have, the more intentional every detail can be. That said, we’ve produced beautiful events in as little as one to two months. Reach out wherever you are in the process and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
